| Hello Mavrodians, We can't have four members recruiting for over 2k active members, if you understand how P2P works you agree that new PH whether in the form of new members or old members PHing is required consistently. 50% or 30% profit is paid every 30 or 14 days even if the profit is reduced to 10% there would still be the same challenge because members are unwilling to recruit. We see everything back end, members are not just interested for recruit mainly based on past experience which is understandable, but what do we do to address this? Relax and understand when we say there must be PH, one way or the other, in the last months we have been pleading and pleading for members to recruit but since that is not happening we needed to sit back and think through the entire process to find a way of operating without depending on the influx of new members. MMMC has been operating for 21 months we are not new to the P2P mutual aid working process. crossorigin="anonymous"> It's impossible for four admin team members to keep recruiting for over 2000 active members, it's unsustainable. 90% of the downlines members have in the community are from the activities of the admin team, it's unsustainable and this must be corrected one way or the other. You will come to understand what we have implemented in the coming days, I can 100% guarantee you. We have been doing this for sometime we have the experience. And as for blocking of accounts, there's no big deal about it, the system merges automatically if accounts are not blocked the system will merge those who have been GHing continuously without PHing. This is the mentality we are trying to correct and we will correct it 100%. If you PH 5 times and there's no restriction on GH, you can GH anytime or you PH when you have a matured previous PH or you PH when you have a pending LOH. The smart once will sit back and rework their PH processes rather than complaining, we repeat there must be new PH one way or the other, we are not in a hurry, we are not going anywhere, it will definitely happen! We have been very clear like always, its here on our website for everybody to see, we are not hiding anything, this is the way the system would work going forward. No Letter of happiness (LOH) will be approved without a new PH been created and activated, but if you have an unpaid PH then there would be need to create a new PH order.
